This kit replaces the pressure control weight and petcock originally packaged with canners of this type. The new 3-piece pressure regulator fits onto the new vent pipe and exhausts steam to help maintain proper pressure inside the unit. It consists of the pressure regulator body and two 5-pound weight rings. Completely assembled, it will maintain 15 pounds pressure.
Includes: Regulator, Vent Pipe, and Recipe/Instruction Manual.
For use with Presto® Pressure Canner models 21, 21AV, 21S, 7, 7AV and 7S.
